Hi! I’m Brianna, the author behind this blog.

This space is a small corner of the internet where I can share my story—honestly, quietly, and in my own time.

I live with a mix of chronic conditions, including POTS, EDS, and MCAS, along with non-epileptic seizures (PNES). My days don’t always look the same. Some are steady. Some are hard. Most are somewhere in between.

For a long time, I felt like I had to either explain everything or say nothing at all. This blog exists somewhere in the middle.

Here, I write about what it’s like to live in a body that doesn’t always cooperate—without turning it into something overly clinical or overly heavy. I’m not here to give medical advice or pretend I have everything figured out. I’m just sharing what it looks like to keep going, one day at a time.

You’ll find pieces of my health journey, small reflections, things I’m learning, and moments that matter—both the difficult ones and the unexpectedly good ones.

I believe there’s value in being honest without being overwhelmed by it. In finding steadiness, even when things feel uncertain. In learning how to live gently, but still keep moving forward.

If you’re here because you’re walking something similar, I’m really glad you found this space.

You’re not alone.
